Mandatory task fields
Fields a manager must fill before a task can be created.
Workspace region
Sets the customer identifiers (GSTIN vs TRN, trade licence, emirate, PO Box), the currency and the phone country code.
AI (Anthropic) API key
Powers task detection and the assistant (Claude Haiku). Frotion's shared key is used unless this workspace saves its own. Stored securely server-side.
